Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using our digital campus platform. By using the platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the rules outlined below.
These terms govern your access to the isolated software deployments, local caching services, and mobile educational companion apps. By checking the agreement checkbox during onboarding, you sign a legally binding contract acknowledging full compliance with all relevant security frameworks.
If you do not accept these guidelines, you must immediately terminate use of the portal and request account removal from your campus dean or administrator.
Access to the digital campus demands multi-factor authentication (MFA) linked strictly to your institutional identity provider (IDP). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and monitoring active session histories.
Any suspicious behavior, device theft, or token compromise must be reported within 2 hours to your system manager. We reserve the right to audit and terminate unverified accounts.
All software assets, responsive grids, course materials, video templates, lecture captures, and interactive frameworks published on this deployment belong exclusively to the university or its respective licensors.
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to view, download, and synchronize permitted modules for offline study, provided you make no commercial reproductions.
You are prohibited from:
• Automating query requests to parse protected exam datasets.
• Bypassing isolated sandbox boundaries or local security parameters.
• Impersonating other personnel by utilizing shared MFA tokens.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ODEL and its service affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from institutional network failures, unscheduled maintenance windows, or unauthorized third-party credential access.
Universities remain solely responsible for configuring identity policies, managing role hierarchies, and verifying student and faculty authorizations.
These terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your deployment shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
For institutional contracts outside Nigeria, governing law may be amended pursuant to the signed master service level agreement.
We reserve the right to modify these terms as our platform capabilities expand. Significant updates will be communicated through the administrator console 30 days prior to enforcement.
Your continued usage of the platform following the effective date of revised terms constitutes binding acceptance of those changes.
